Hotel vicino a Markham Park - Fort Lauderdale

“Had the unfortunate experience of being given a room key only to open the door and find someone sleeping in there. It was after 11pm when I checked in so imagine my surprise and the other person. Front desk did very little about it, only changed rooms. I should have gotten at least a discount for this inconvenience ”

“The room was very clean and spacious. The Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. In-room laundry was great. The pools were wonderful. The air conditioning went out and maintenance was there and had it fixed within an hour. The beds were a little too firm for our liking, but everything else was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“I wanted to share my experience, as it was very disappointing and quite different from what was advertised. The hotel website does not accurately reflect the actual condition of the rooms. What is shown online does not match reality. The rooms felt more like a basic college dorm than a hotel, especially considering the price. Additionally, while check-in is fully electronic, there is essentially no support or service available if you need anything extra—even something as simple as a corkscrew...

“ Clean room”

“Viewing photos of this property, we were excited to stay here we thought it looked beautiful, and that the amenities were great. The reason it took me so long to respond to the survey is due to being engaged the night before and just being excited about that however, the bedsheets were wet. There was a stain on them, and when we went to consult the front desk about new sheets, they let us know that they did not have any additional sheets instead, they gave us a blanket from behind the counter...

“ I had a very uncomfortable stay at this Holiday Inn. The AC in my room did not work at all — only the fan would turn on, so the room never actually cooled down. Because of that, the room felt damp and muggy the entire time. It also had a strong carpet/mildew smell, which made it even more unpleasant. Overall, the room did not feel fresh or comfortable, and it really affected the quality of my stay.”

“So this property really looks beat up on the outside but the commons areas on the inside are not bad. The room I had 315 was ok except the bathroom, the bathtub needs to be changed as the color on the tub floor looks black and the bathroom wall tiles in the shower looks like it don’t get scrub….there is clear evidence of scum in the tiles grout and also in the corners of the bathtub. Hair was also stick to the shower curtain. A part of the ceiling in my room looks like it had mold. I also found...

“Hotel needs to improve a lot in appearance and services. It is outdated, carpet were not clean and sent was horrible in all areas including the rooms. Amenities are outdated and needs to be updated. Old fashioned microwave. Room service should change sheets daily, not every other 3 days that's not acceptable. Staff was okay, they did the best to accommodate.”

“The airport shuttle was not easy they send a Uber to pick us up from the airport that one wasn't bad but when we was leaving to go back to the airport they called a next Uber to take us because the shuttle was not there. The shuttle what supposed to take us to the airport was a jeep and his name came to my phone he said he was minutes away however, a Uber driver in a sports car pulled up to pick another lady but the man inside told us to go with him i told him that our bags would not be able to...
