“The rooms are clean but lack basics. No water in the rooms. You cannot get food after 10pm. The jacuzzi is designed to kill you. There is so much chlorine it feels like a gas chamber. Its awful. Its supposed to be relaxing but you leave crying. The sauna and steam rooms are great. The swimming is good and perfect temperature. I asked one of the staff to reduce the amount of chlorine but she just said its not my job. She looked like the cleaner. The lady at the spa Danielle was just great. She...

“This place is a little dated and in dire need of some TLC. A little time or money spent on the grounds could make this place amazing again, starting with the outsides. It is cheap enough to stay and the rooms although a little dated have great flooring all around including the bathrooms. The staff we interacted with were all friendly but they were a little off putting everytime we went past the reception there would be staff hanging around outside which made you feel uncomfortable, it was sunny...

“Lovely stay. Gorgeous air-conditioned hotel in crazy UK temperatures! Comfy beds, clean rooms, really quiet - well insulated so no noise from people in corridors or slamming doors, blissful! Good shower. Great pool that didn't require booking or limited slots. Really nice bar and restaurant with excellent service and tasty food. Thank you for our stay - we'll be back.”

“L'hotel tipicamente english (sia all'esterno che all'interno, sito in una bella cittadina, pecca di un po' di pulizia e di personale per niente disponibile e molto poco accogliente quasi altezzoso. In particolar modo quando il cliente non sa parlare benissimo in lingua inglese sembra quasi non capire. Il buffet delle colazioni scarso per i prodotti offerti e quel poco esposto senza scelta (es gli yogurt solo alla fragola).
