Appartamenti a Marksville

“Unit is in need of repairs and updates. Kitchen sink faucet falling off. Dryer does not work, lack of eating utensils, bathroom tub just worn out. Kitchen drawers barely open. We had gun shots outside the unit the first night we were there.”

“Day one the refrigerator don’t work, day two the washer flooded the bathroom/bedroom floor. The landlord said he sent someone by, I don’t risk trying to use the washer again so I’m not sure he ever showed up. I asked for more towels and he said I would have to put the ones I had in a trash bag outside to get new ones. I never did, I just dried them and used them. I am very pleased and will stay here again.”

“Do not fall for this. It’s a dangerous high crime area. These people would not help me after I told them we felt uncomfortable and unsafe in this home. Furthermore, they started ignoring me after I had tried to explain I needed to try to get a refund. I honestly do not trust vRBO any longer because they allowed this place on their listing. And side note, we never stayed in this house, we found another place to stay. They have 2 pending deposits and I really hope that they fall off because if...

“The host was very responsive and the home was nice and clean. ”

“This home was beyond filthy with stained sheets, stained shower, maggots , mildew and mold. The smell inside could possibly be interior mold. We didnt even stay after seeing it upon check in. The owner refused to refund our money and stopped responding to my messages and claimed he was working with VRBO but has kept ALL of our funds. We work with the local military base and were there for work but this place is beyond anything i have ever seen. If i could post pictures i would.”

“Refrigerator temp not cooling. Only work top. Not the bottom”
