“Staff efficiency”

“At checkin Jeane was so sweet and helpful. Rooms were great. A little maintenance is needed. Would stay there again.”

“The room was dirty, no microwave, but broke tray parts were there. No refrigerator, no towels, washcloths. No soaps. Coffee maker, no pot or supplies. Remote had no back or batteries. No internet so couldn't watch TV. Hole in wall was covered by duct tape. Mattresses all over the halls, had to put curtain around air conditioner to keep the heat out, bed I believe was used. No light fixture covers, no toilet paper holder, kleenex holder no cover or kleenex, toilet didnt work. I was told it had...

“Terrible place, front desk was not staffed. Arrived at 9:30 and waited until 10:15 for someone to come down to check me in. No towels in room ( was told they would bring some up, and they never showed up). Curtains had holes, toilet did not work right, had to remove lid to flush toilet. Room door was wide open upon check in. The place smelled horrible.”

“Great pool/outdoor area… room configuration was a little odd and beds were very firm… not my favorite! But all in all it was a good stay, would stay there again if I ever needed to.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, beds comfortable, very cool a/c. Space was a little tight, especially in bathroom area, but manageable. Breakfast was great with eggs, potatoes, sausage, plus the usual items. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was a good value and we'd definitely return if in the area.”

“We've stayed at Comfort Inns (and Suites), in the past & this location was perfect as expected. Our only issue was having to wait approximately 15-20 minutes for a desk clerk to arrive. After another customer arrived I foned the motel & and employee arrived advising she'd been cleaning in another area. Amenities including breakfast were great.”

“This place was clean and well kept. The bathroom in the room was our biggest issue. We only had one towel upon arrival. The lady at the front desk acted like she didn’t believe us when we asked for more. The toilet and sink looked like they came out of a preschool bathroom. Extremely short . I don’t have very long legs and the toilet was below my knees! The pool area was nice but poorly lit in the evening. It closes at 9pm which seems a bit early being that it’s indoors. The breakfast...
