Intero appartamento di 4 camere da letto al piano superiore situato in posizione centrale a Marquette. Puoi andare ovunque in città da questo appartamento. Animali domestici tranquilli a pagamento! 3 camere da letto hanno comodi letti queen size e c'è un sacco di spazio armadio in tutta l'apt per l'archiviazione. La quarta camera da letto ha un futon full size. Soggiorno ha un comodo divano e divanetto e uno schermo piatto da 55 pollici w / tv via cavo e funzionalità hdmi. Cucina ha una stufa, frigorifero, lavello e tavolo da pranzo w / sedie, piatti, utensili, pentole, padelle, forno a microonde e caffettiera w / filtri. Bagno dotato w / doccia e vasca, asciugamani e carta igienica. Aria condizionata in estate. Parcheggio arato e spalare in inverno. Lavanderia nel seminterrato. Questo appartamento è a circa un miglio dalle spiagge del Lago Superiore e dal Lower Harbour. Direttamente di fronte al Blackrock's Brewery, al Third St Bagel, al Cafe Bodega e al Downwind Sports. A pochi passi da molti ristoranti locali (Third Street Bagel, Lagniappe, Vango's, Stucko's, Casa Calabria, Portside, Steinhaus, Landmark, Sol Azteca e Dig's), pub e birrerie (Blackrocks, Ore Dock, Vierling, Third Base e Flanigan's), luoghi di nozze (Landmark Inn, Masonic Temple, Marquette History Museum, Yacht Yard e Ore Dock Brewery), Marquette General Hospital (Duke Lifepoint) e Northern Michigan University !! This is our third time staying at this property and it cannot be beat. The location is within walking distance of almost everything you would want to do in town and a short drive to NMU and trails. The space is huge and comfortable.

I come ti this area all the time. The location was nice and close to lots of things to do. The place had tons of space, very clean, and lots of charm.

Great location in Marquette, close to everything. The only critique would be the room with the futon/pullout couch. It was really not a futon that an adult could sleep on, but we made it work.

Pros: Apartment was clean, location was very convenient to the downtown area and felt safe. Host was very responsive. Bid stack of clean towels in the bathroom. Cons: Air conditioning is only in the living room. Bedrooms just had fans. Old apartment that needs some repairs, large chips in the kitchen counter, ice trays all broken, etc. Bed linens were mismatched and cheap - several of the pillows were stinky and felt like they came from the dollar store. Construction is going on at the brewery across the street, so between the crowds at night and the workers first thing in the morning, it was loud - especially with the windows open in the bedrooms.

Whole floor of a house in a great location. (I might mention that said great location is right across from Blackrocks brewery, which is perfect for me, but the front rooms were a little loud until the bar closed, not noticeable in any of the other rooms). Highly recommended spot!

We loved our stay at the apartment. It was clean, bright and nicely decorated. The brewery nearby had food trucks daily, we were able to walk to everything in town. There are 18 fairly steep stairs to enter this property and two steps inside the apartment which I did not see in the listing and would be very crucial Information for those with mobility issues. Air conditioning is listed as an amenity, it was only in the living room, though each bedroom did have a fan. If you are looking for a place “in the heart of things” and don’t mind Live music, this is for you. We could hear the bands from the brewery every night, no escaping it.

This simple, no-frills, property was close to everything! We could walk to NMU campus, downtown, and lots of cafes right down the block. As noted in the listing, it is right across the street from BlackrocksBrewery, so we could hear music from our rooms and a little bit of street noise from people leaving. There was a fan provided, that helped with white noise, so everyone was able to sleep OK.

We had a great time and the property had cute little touches that made it feel homey. We loved the location and walked to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. Owners were easy to contact and had quick responses for questions that we had. We would stay here again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent with great parking. The place was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! It is older place and the stairs were a little steep, but not really a problem. I could hear the noise from the street but it was quiet by the time we went to bed! We would definitely be stay here again!!

This was our first multi family VRBO rental, but we'd never have known it. Parking was a breeze, and everyone was quiet. The location is terrific - right across the street from Blackrock, and a short walk from everything else. The live music was easily heard from our living room, which we enjoyed. The music ends quite early, so it's not a problem for sleeping at all. During the day, if you have nappers, just put them in the back room with the futon and they'll be fine. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Everyone slept well, so I assume all bed were as comfortable as the one I slept in. Chris let us store our bikes in the garage, which we really appreciated.

Enjoyed the stay. Very roomy. Located within walking distance to many fine eating establishments. Short drive to both northern trails and southern trails trail heads.
