In need of modernisation

Pro: The Garden, the staff, the freshly baked bread for breakfast.
Contro: definitely in need of total dicor and up keeping of rooms. i was there in December and there was no carpet on the floor, the tiles were cold.
Posizione: location is good, near the all the shopping and restaurants.
Great garden, really nice view from the room window, but the hotel in need of modernisation, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is ok but not great, good location.

Venligt og hjælpsom personale. God morgenbuffet. Hotellet lå perfekt i gåafstand fra jamaa el fna og menara mall, men så man stadig havde ro om aftenen. Legeplads til børnene.

Our breakfast goes from eggs, pancakes, moroccan crepes, jam, limonade, orange juice, coffee, mint tea, infusion, pastries, olives, fruit, cheese, charcuterie, yaourt...etc. However, we would have appreciated if you gave us your feedback during your stay so that we can help improve the quality of your stay at the Kenzi Farah Hotel. Hotellet var ok, men dette er ikke noe fem stjerner kanskje 3 eller 4.Det er et slitt hotell som har behov for oppgradering. Frokosten var veldig bra uten om den siste dagen da det var mange mennsket og hotellet hadde vanskeligheter med å håndtere dette.

Je suis globalement satisfait, j'ai juste trouvé le personnel à la limite de la correction dans leur insistance à me demander le règlement de l'accès à la piscine et devant eux, pour 2 membres de ma famille venus me rendre visite. De plus le montant réclamé pour passer 3 h au bord de la piscine sur un transat de 30 €/personne en plus des consommations, me parait exorbitant. De même le repas du réveillon avec animation au prix de 150 €/personne était largement surévalué d'autant plus qu'une fois installé il nous a été précisé que le prix ne comprenait pas les boissons !!

Det var dårlig og lite imøtekommende betjening i resepsjonen vi hadde bestilt to rom, et dobbel og et til tre personer.. Gikk to dager før vi fikk en ekstra seng ,den var så dårlig at vi ikke kunne bruke den.Det stod at det var innendørs basseng ,men ikke at det kostet 100dhm pr.pers.pr,time.Det som reddet opphodet var betjeningen i resturangen,og aktivitørene for barn.
