prima verblijf gehad. hotel is wel wat gedateerd, maar buitenzwembad is heerlijk en het eten is ook prima. wifi was goed.

Nice hotel but definitely not 5 stars

I'ts a nice hotel but it's quite old. The stuff was nice and helpful. But the rooms are old + the bathroom doesn't work correctly. The breakfast buffet was under my expectations. Their SPA is nice ( had great package and deals on the HAMMAM ,SPA and massage) . I had to swith to the SAVOY GH, the second day. I would not recommend it ( better hotels at the same price available)

First timers in Marrakesh - Loved it.

The hotel is well looked after but shows signs of aging, it is still very modern. We found the lift very small and can sometimes have mind of its own–but I guess for Moroccan standards it its ok. The hotel organised airport transfer (I would recommend). We were respectfully greeted upon our arrival (8pm) and the porter took our luggage to the room. We were given a room on the 4th floor which was ok as the views were amazing. Despite their claims that WiFi is available in all the rooms, we couldn’t pick up WiFi signal on the 4th floor. The following day the ‘customer relations officer’ organised a transfer to the 1st floor. The Air conditioning doesn’t work either when the heaters are on (during winter months).The hotel has a fantastic Hamaam (we got a free 15min session with our booking)-I highly recommend!. The swimming pool is a good size and cleaned regularly.The breakfast staff were the highlight of the day as they were always cheerful and helpful. A few made attempts to speak English to me which helped (as everyone else only understands French / Arabic). The bathrooms have combined shower / bathtub combinations which is really good for someone who wants a soak. They also include a hair dryer which comes handy. The soaps / shampoos / towels are replenished on a daily basis as part of housekeeping. The outdoor pool was absolutely freezing!! This is a no go -it is arctic cold. There are numerous restaurants and shopping places (Menara Mall being one) within 10mins walk.

l'hôtel est très calme

Pro: Facile à reperer, le calme, le service et le personnel
Contro: baisser les prix
Posizione: Tout proche de la célèbre place ambiante, tout près de Menara Mall. Â 10min de la place de Jamaa El fena
Après un longue voyage du sud, l'hôtel était vraiment un endroit de repos dans le calme absolu. C'est une source d'inspiration.

Lovely location

Decent hotel there was renovation going on the other side of the hotel but was not disturbing. There's a lovely garden to relax and decent live music at night. Breakfast & dinner is sufficient not much variety especially if you're vegetarian/vegan. Rooms are good size but not soundproof. Lovely location about 20 mins walk to the medina and close to places.

Abon séjour

Le personnel est à l'écoute et disponible mais la fête à été gâché par le stationnement d'un intrus derrière notre voiture au parking ! Impossible de partir l'agent de sécurité ne s'est souvenu qu'il avait les clés qu'après une heure d'attente et de crise.
