“I do not have any complaints about this property. Very quiet neighborhood and the home is lovely. We have a family member that gets chilly when she gets out of the shower. She was happy to know the bathroom ceiling exhaust also blew heat! The property was exactly as listed. The host, Steven, was readily available and always followed up. I hope the home is available for our next visit. Thank you, Steven, for a wonderful stay!”

“The home wasn't as close to the French Quarter as the listing stated & the neighborhood wasn't the greatest. The listing also did not state it was a multiple unit home. We stayed on the bottom half of the home & we could hear quite a bit of noise from the top portion of the home.”

“A very comfortable property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The duplex was immaculate and well appointed. The owner has the communication and check-in/out process perfected. A 45-minute streetcar ride to Canal St. A parking space in front of the property. We would most definitely stay here again. Excellent stay. ”

“I loved the property overall, was all what was pictured. A few rooms had a few critical issues that caused a major inconvenience once we were out in the city. 2 of the rooms plugs did not work at all, nor did the lamps. I hung a towel on a rack that collapsed on my foot, which I discovered was being held by tumb tacks. I think we paid for the convenience of the location. The property was still overall nice. ”
