“This is a truly unique hotel. It was beautifully, renovated, spacious, super clean, and very convenient for exploring Marshall. The restaurant was good, and it was very relaxing sitting on the deck and listening to the river. The unit was nicely equipped. The only difficulty we had was getting a hold of anyone for questions when we arrived. The phone number in the binder did not answer our call nor reply to text message. I did see a very helpful employee cleaning the next day who answered...

“When we got in the room it appeared to be clean. We were on the first floor in room 101. The window was unlocked which was unsettling. We got over that and then there were worms of some sort that were coming in under the door. We will not be staying there again.”

“Staff pretty friendly, rooms are so clean and wonderfull coffee, actually the best coffee I've tried and trust me I know a lot about coffee.”

“A young man,Sandeep, organizing host was very kind, responsive, helpful and understanding. Just had one day of arrangements problems, however, it appears that it wasn't in his full control. Very thankful to him. Another young man Sunil though on a later shift was also amicable, kind and helpful.
