Case in affitto a Martell

“Convenient location to both downtown/university area as well as suburban shops for things like grocery and everyday items (about 10 min in either direction). Walkable to nice park. The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good. The house itself was as described, nicely maintained historic home with essentials.”

“Everything was perfect!!!”

“Clean and pet friendly. Grass could be mowed but other than that excellent place to stay.”

“This home is incredible! Hosts are wonderful and the amenities are perfect. They thought of everything. The location can’t be beat for anything related to UNL.”

“Very well maintained, organized and clean. This duplex lacked for nothing. The smallest of details made one feel welcome and comfortable.Easy access to downtown. We had a wonderful experience with this home. Host very prompt with communication. If in the Lincoln area for any reason may l suggest this home.”

“We've stayed at this property several times. Great house in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet, the house has plenty of space and is very well stocked. We continue to plan to stay here in the future.”

“From the "get go" my questions were answered promptly. Her communications made me feel like someone was interested in our safe travel and finding places to rely on for good food.My dog and I found clean, excellent walking places where we felt safe. I can't really explain the feeling I got walking through the door of the condo. The anxiety of travel and the world melted away. It was so peaceful and quiet inside, not to mention our beautiful surroundings. My grandchildren (18 and 21) and I enjoyed...

“Such an incredible stay, clean and comfortable and the hosts left extras (breakfast cereals, toothbrushes, makeup remover wipes, etc) which was really sweet and thoughtful. Absolutely would stay again and recommended to anyone coming to Lincoln!”

“Was a great place for our family to stay. Clean quiet and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.”

“Not a bad place to stay for a night. There was a hornets nest by the garage door not the worst thing just kind of annoying. The fans and ac unit in upstairs bedrooms were not really working so sleeping temp was a little rough but not unbearable. Kitchen and living room were a great temp. We wanted to arrive early so they did accommodate that and it was appreciated. Nice neighborhood too! Wish we could have explored the shops nearby more.”

“There were plenty of dish ware, and cooking pots and pans for our stay. Big bedroomsBig garage for cars!!!”

“The house was clean and had plenty of things needed. The use of garage and driveway is a huge plus! Location was quiet and we felt safe.Danny was very quick to respond when we messaged him.Checking in and out was a breeze! Good value for the price paid!”
