They lied to me before I arrived by telling me the pool was open when I called before booking. The pool had been closed by the city because of as permit issue. The shower head was so full I rust I couldn’t use it. The breakfast bad had very minimal options. “Check in with as very easy and the front desk staff was pleasant. We were given a handicap room near the elevator. (we did not request this) The shower was so hot that it nearly burned me. Before I could even turn it down the water temp dropped. Just as I was rinsing my hair the water temperature became scalding again. The hotel should definitely do something to regulate this especially in a handicap bathroom. ”
