“Front desk that was there at checkin was rude when explaining the pool and spa was closed. Said i could cancel and good luck finding a place to stay because of graduations going on in the area. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool and spa. We ended up canceling our reservation and staying with family. Definitely won't stay there again.”

“The staff was great and super friendly! The room was exact opposite! The bathroom counter was dirty, the sheets looked like they were slept in, the towels had hair stuck in them and when I woke there were bugs in the room. Some looked like roaches, another kind and flies. The seal at the bottom of the door was pretty much gone so think the all came in at night. I went to the store and picked up cleaner and paper towels to wipe down surfaces. Very sad as I was there dealing with an injury of my...

“Stove top needs cleaned.. has microwave and refrigerator.. ample area to walk pets and poop bags provided... Housekeeping doesn't come to this room.. we have to locate them to get linens ( including bed), trash bags and toilet paper ”
