“The room was immaculate and very spacious! The TV in the living area would not work but the TV in the bedroom worked fine. Could not access the internet. Directions on how to use the TV and listing the password for the internet would be very helpful.”

“Heating would go on and off every 3-4 minutes. Very low water pressure. No maid service or room make up between days”

“Great place and great location. Remote check in process did not work and it took 45 mins to get a response to phone call to resolve the issue.”

“Room was very small right on busy sidewalk area ( noisy)open gap around the door with bad draft very chilly. Had to wear clothing to bed. Plumbing didn't drain ! Shower overflowed into room . No-one around seeing receptionist called the morning of check -in and wasn't going to be there so had a key locked in a key holder on the door with code to retrieve and instructed to leave unlocked door with key inside room. Hotel room in my opinion should not of been rented do to outstanding...

“Nice house, kind staff and close to the beach but quite frankly full of carpets not so clean and not so pleasant to have a shared bath (we were 4 and had a shared bath). It was written in the notes of the contract but simply didn’t expect it for the price we paid”
