“Just an absolutely terrible experience. Front desk was extremely unprofessional. We reserved a room for two nights. We were coming down to go to a family gathering. On the day we were to arrive, I got sick. I spent the night in the hospital about one hour north of East Brunswick. My wife's called the hotel and specifically told then we were not going to make it in and also let them know that we did not want to give up our reservation and we intended to be there for the second night. “It was crowded and dirty. People had to wait longer for buffet refilling. One sign said breakfast is till 9:30am and other sign said 9:30am. Rooms were pricy being a 2 star hotel.”

“The most disappointing part was the staff at the front desk. They were not particularly helpful, nor were they empathetic at all. When questions were posed to them they simply said they did not know taking no initiative to help at all because they clearly did not care. Also the parking situation was in a public lot and they didn’t even validate. Overall, meh.”

“I was given a room key to a room that wasn’t turned over (towels on the bed and floor of the bathroom). Then we were given keys to a new room. There was a used bandaid on the lamp. The room wasn’t cooling down well either.”

“We stayed here for two nights and it was nice. Staff were friendly and nice. Room was perfect for the four- two kids and two adults. Pool nice and clean.”

“My room has air conditioning system. The thing needs to turn on by yourself. I thought it turns on when I slide a room card into the room chip. In a short, as soon as you enter your room, i thought it turns on automatically. I am sorry it wasn't. You should better check your room temperature. It does not look the system has a digital version.”

“Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and came with basic kitchen utensils, which made it easy for us to prepare breakfast. Having a Whole Foods nearby was a huge plus—we were able to buy fresh groceries, making our stay both convenient and comfortable. The only minor downside was that our room faced Route 287, so there was noticeable traffic noise. Fortunately, we brought earplugs, which solved the problem, so it wasn’t an issue for us.
