“I didn't like the smell”

“I had an early flight at Logan so I slept here for the night. The place was super clean, the bed was nice. They had a fan on the ceiling and an extra fan which I appreciated. The bathrooms were really nice. I was able to park in the back, but there was also plenty of street parking. There was some confusion with my room number when checking in and the host responded immediately.”

“There is a new house under construction next door, and the construction work starts at 6:30 AM. If you're planning to sleep past that time, don't expect a quiet morning. Right after making the reservation, I contacted the host through Expedia to cancel my booking. I didn't receive any response for several days. “We felt safe. But there is a lot of extra instructions that made the stay difficult. I was hung up on , upon arrival when I asked about email for entry to suburban loft property. I'm grateful and I wanted to be treated with more respect and kindness. I Love Boston!”

“The Airport/City shuttle Is extremely useful. Rooms clean but very expensive compared to the position and to the property conditions. Rich breakfast. Vey poor options for nearby dining venues (Just a bowling pub in front of the hotel, with low-quality food and not so safe at night)”

“No notice upfront that the pool needed to be booked in advance for 2 hour time slots. By the time we checked in there was no availability. Mostly booked the hotel for the pool so it was a bit discouraging. The rest of the hotel was very clean and nice!”

“Nice property- however, our room had a view of the HVAC system so that was not great. They should give you an option if they’re going to stick you in that room. Food options were expensive- for example, 6$ for peanut butter cups. No complementary breakfast option, but free coffee in the lobby in the morning. They give you a $15 “snack credit”, but that doesn’t go far with the high prices in the lobby snack area. One issue we had were the added fees. We booked through Expedia. At the end...
