“I absolutely loved this hotel. Room was clean and AC worked great. Beds were super comfy, staff was amazing and pool was refreshing and not over chlorinated. Check in was at 12 and so was checkout. Breakfast was good and they even leave a few things out such as cereal,milk, fruit, and an awesome yogurt dispenser which my kids loved. Shower also had great water pressure. “The first room we were in had a broken window and a broken mirror. They then moved us to another room, but there was no air conditioning, mold in the showers, and flies everywhere. The elevator was scary; it got stuck for a few seconds and made a loud noise. The staff was helpful.”

“Pretty basic hotel. The breakfast was not that great and went quickly, but we did stay during a holiday. The staff was not great at communicating but we were able to check in and get where we needed to go.”

“I should’ve known the room was going to be uncomfortable and dingy when I seen the big “no refund” sign on the computer. I asked the lady at desk why is the sign there? I said are the rooms bad? She said no. Sure enough went in rooms were very old. And outdated, fine we were only staying one night. Went in restroom, tub was full of hairs. “It’s a great location but just needs some updates, our room had a leak right outside bathroom but it was fixed, I think they had to unplug our fridge in the process cus it was unplugged when we returned to our room at end of the day so Our milk was hot”

“Had to change rooms multiple times, and we are not typically that type of traveler. First room my daughter got locked inside bathroom due to a broken door handle. Second room had cockroaches. Both of the first two rooms were not fully cleaned either. Awful experience.”

“We loved our room, it felt like a mini apartment. Had a full kitchen, stove, microwave, big fridge. They bad mini dish soap and a brand new sponge available if we needed it. They had kitchen supplies, pots, pans, silverware. We loved how spacious it was. Definitely would be back!”

“When I first reserved this place for my wife and mother in law, it showed a 7+rating about 2 months ago. When they got there it was dirty, nasty, and unkept. I went to the app that I used to rent it and the rating was now a 4.2. How does a property drop in rating that much in 2 months. It has to be because of the place itself and the ownership/ management. I don’t recommend this place for anyone.”
