Hotel a Maumelle

“The property needs a serious through cleaning. Horribly stained carpet, gum stuck under counters and edges, something resembling blood in the bathroom and so much more. We didn't even stay the night. We just left and went elsewhere.”

“When you first walk in omg it smells amazing! Our family of 5 stayed in this hotel two weeks in a row. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back. The hotel has been remodeled and they do have a $5 parking per day fee but other than that we had a great time! Looking forward to going back. Shoutout to the staff. Yall are amazing! Like every one of them.”

“The lobby was hot and only one person to check in”

“There was mold along the caulk in the shower. There were no trash bags in any of the bins when we checked in nor when room service came to tidy up the room while we were gone. The room was so humid that the floors were sticky, including the carpet, and the beds felt wet upon getting in them. The indoor pool had leaves all in the bottom of it, and it was not very “heated”. “The property was very clean, there was available dog waste bags outside for my service dog, the grounds and landscaping was fantastic as well. The staff were so helpful and polite even at our late arrival of near 1am. The breakfast was very good with protein and fruit options, including yogurt. The facilities and rooms were clean. “The hotel is currently under renovation which we were unaware of when booking. The whole first floor is under construction and empty. The rooms were good. Breakfast was only continental and was only a very small table right outside the elevators which made for a tight space if more than 2 people were there to get food.”
