We booked through Expedia, checked in and when we got to our room there was black mold all over the ceiling, no running hot water and the fire alarm was disconnected hanging from the ceiling. We quick got our kids out of there for health and safety concerns and told the front desk. They said that when Expedia called them they would verify and issue a refund. “The bathtub and kitchen sink had drainage issues. The bathtub also had standing water after use. I wish staff had checked the obvious issues before letting room on rent.”
