Hotel a Maxwell

“Ac made a terrible noise. Button in elevator broken. Cover for ac controls just fell off in my hand. Remote control for tv didn’t work. Room had an unpleasant smell. Hotel was dated and unkept. ”

“Parking is easy and breakfast is great. The bathroom and rooms overall are a bit dated but still serviceable. Location is very close to all of downtown Newton”

“This hotel was very clean. The initial staff at check-in was very polite. The staff changed at 11 PM was very rude. Breakfast didn’t start till 7 AM and most of the guest staying with us had to be leaving at that time. Nice place to say but rude late shift staff. Not staying here again.”

“Fresh eggs and breakfast would be better. I mean from the shell, freshly cracked. :)”

“Good location on and off highway. Clean practical room. Nice lobby. Breakfast was okay. ”

“The pool area was not clean at any point. I know customers are mess but this was bad paint off the hot tub floating in the hot tub and pool, towels laying all over the floor and tables, the bathroom had several towels on the floor. Trash by the from desk was full and falling on the floor. We had a suite and the air conditioner was not powerful enough to cool the sitting area. ”

“Property was very clean. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was hot and good. I would stay there again.”
