“This is the second time we stayed here. The first time was great. We booked the second time here because it stated it had a spa bath. So we booked a room with a spa bath. When we got there, the spa bath is not working. The manager just said, none of the spa baths are working. Why advertise you have spa baths if they are not working? “Good location...off street parking with supermarket across road.Our unit was recently redecorated by the look and presented clean and tidy.Room serviced each day as well.Having 2 TVs was an added bonus.”

“Room well appointed and nicely laid out. Everything beautiful and clean. We went to the restaurant as well, which was closing early due to the weather warnings. But they still offered to make us food, and let us know what we could have within the timeframe. Would have loved to have had more time in restaurant/bar, as it looked so inviting. Would definitely stay if out this way again.”

“Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...

“Absolutely disgusting, would not recommend staying here. Unhelpful staff, room had not been cleaned, urine all over the toilet, carpet pure filth, smell was horrendous. Worse than a dog kennel. Moved to a different motel, staff refused refund”
