“Housekeeping kept knocking on my door after I told him once I was checking out and confirmed it downstairs he knocked on my door 3 more times n stayed by my door so rude. ”

“This was a great place to stay with our kids. The queen suite was spacious & so clean. It seems like the hotel is new, so everything is in super great condition & it even has a new place smell. We had plenty of towels and since we used the pullout bed, the staff made sure we had extra linens and pillows. It’s a dog friendly hotel and the staff make sure it’s extra clean. I’d never know a dog was ever even on the property if I didn’t see them with my own eyes. They had a great breakfast...

“I am frugal when it comes to hotels. My wife and 12yo both asked 'are you sure this is the right hotel? ' when we entered the room. Location isn't the best but it's interesting. The amount of wildlife we was from the parking lot - alligators and a giant egret nest was amazing BUT it is across the bridge from Hilton Head peoper. Not a concern at all if you're interested in seeing Bluffton and it literally nest to the bridge. Overall depends on what you're in town for. Beaches, awesome. You just...

“Great customer service from everyone! Suggest firmer mattress and bed pillows and a microwave in each room. Make sure the baseboards are dusted. Had to pay $10 a day for parking. Didn’t know until checkout. The location was excellent! The staff were excellent as well. Roof top restaurant and restaurant on first floor were excellent also. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the hotel! Will go back!”

“Fantastic options for Families. Rooms were big, the kitchenette with sink & microwave allowed for some quick & easy meals for our young children. Resort is large, with plenty of room, the staff is friendly & attentive. An overall great option. The only negative is we didn’t have a bathtub for our 2 year old.”

“Well, of course we're grading on a scale... I'm not comparing this to a resort hotel on the island.. but compared to most Days inns or Best Western economy chains that I've been to this facility was better kept and cleaner than the vast majority of those. I was comfortable throughout.”

“As a older couple, we enjoyed our stay and relaxing at the pool. The hotel has been upgraded, the live music called tiki hut plays every evening is great. It shuts down at 10 pm, like the pool etc also. The beach is beautiful and the water was warm. Bring a umbrella for the beach, if possible. Food and drink service was pretty good. Enjoy.”
