“Facciata e parti comuni molto curate, ma la stanza era orrenda. Piccola e con affaccio su una scala di servizio esterna. L'armadio era inutilizzabile perché ingombro di un tavolo da stiro, termosifone e ventilatore (l'impianto di condizionamento...) che tirati fuori non avrebbero lasciato spazio per muoversi. Il minibar non c'era. Il bagno non veniva pulito quotidianamente. Il servizio al ristorante era lentissimo. Una cena di tre portate è durata due ore, poi la cameriera si è presentata con lo...

“Stayed at the Ivy Hill Hotel for a couple of nights visiting family for Christmas. An excellent hotel for a quiet break but within easy reach of London. Staff were fantastic. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast - both very nice. We were given a room upgrade and it was more spacious than our previous visit - very comfortable. Would definitely book again.”

“Check in nullo (mi son state lasciate le chiavi e addio) check out peggio (non c'e posto dove lasciare le chiavi, tutto spento e chiuso.. pulizia nulla ( camera pulita 1 volta in 2 settimane) porte e pareti spesse come un foglio di carta, porta del bagno completamente imbarcata e non si chiude, finestra con serratura rotta che non si chiude.. camera davvero piccola!”
