“The hotel was very nice and clean and walking distance to the casino. I loved it!”

“The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable.”

“The motel was closed do to the storm. No warning. I have yet to get my money back. Before booking, call them and make sure they are open.”

“The room was filthy and had broken flooring and door trim. There is no hot tub as advertised, and the pool was unusable. I could go on and on but it just makes me more mad. I'm filing an official complaint. Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way.”

“Property in need up updates and maintenance. Bed wasn't level. Elevator was sketchy. Exterior landscape overdue for maintenance. Breakfast was prefunctory. But what prompted my review, I witnessed the desk staff being unhelpful and argumentative with multiple guests. One guy had key that wasn't working and they were reluctant to exchange it. Another asked for extra towels, and she literally made him go back to the room and bring his dirty towels to the front desk to get towels. I guess i...

“The room was extremely clean and I'm picky. The staff were all very friendly and air conditioning was cold. And this is the first hotel I stayed at were I liked there coffee 😂 we will stay there again if we are ever in that area again.”

“Staff was very nice, for a newer hotel inside run down. Sofa in room.was very stained, duct tape holding carpet down as you walked in room. Carpet coming up around ac unit. Bed was clean shower was clean. Location was good.”
