Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only complaint was a cockroach in the tub. Must have come through the pipes. Never saw another one so don't think it was overrun with them.”

“The room was clean. I booked it for the indoor pool but when I got there it was down for maintenance. That was never told to me When I booked, not when I called to make sure they had an indoor pool nor was it on the website. When I called for extra blankets I was told to come down and get a set. I booked a studio room so I feel extra blankets should have already been in the room.
