The title says it all; cozy & convenient! This duplex is perfectly suited for anyone looking for a relaxing place to kick back and relax after a long day. The best part about this cozy two bedroom house is its location which is conveniently located in the middle of McAlester. This house is the perfect location for traveling nurses/doctors as it is only minutes drive to McAlester Regional Hospital. The hosts are always happy to help in any way can and are accessible via phone if needed.

The neighborhood is super quiet and is centrally located which makes getting around in the area a breeze.

Getting around in this part of McAlester is easy and it is centrally located in a great neighborhood. The duplex is close to a fabulous grocery store with an extensive variety of products sure to meet your needs. As mentioned in the description, the property is in close proximity to the hospital.
1. No Smoking of Any Kind Inside the Cabin: A $200 fine for violating this rule may be charge to guests.
2. No more than 7 guests in or on the property at any time. Violating this clause could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
3. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Guests will be notified if a noise complaint has been made. If noise continues, guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
4. Put things back where you found them.
5. Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or broken items.

Quiet neighborhood

The house is nice but there were some things that could use some attention. The mattress in the back bedroom needs to be replaced. It is very soft and uncomfortable and concave so you end up in the middle of the bed. Overall the house was clean but some areas could use some painting and deep cleaning. The dryer was not very hot even on the high heat setting. The air conditioning worked great! The owner was very responsive and allowed us to put our vehicle in the attached garage when there was the possibility of severe weather while we were there. Check in and check out was very easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to several amenities.

Excellent property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's roomy and clean...SO much nicer than many of the hotels available in this area. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in McAlester. I especially appreciated the quick response by the owner to any questions we had. Richard was very easy to work with.

Beautifully Furnished for Relaxation

The home was beautifully furnished and very cozy. It was the perfect place for my dog Bella and I to enjoy a good night's rest on oir roadtrip to visit family. Richard was very responsive and helpful from booking to departure. I'd highly recommend this place to others!

Wonderful experience

My best friend and I stayed one night here to prepare for an event we had in McAlester. We were needing a kitchen to prep party food. This rental had everything we needed- the kitchen was fully stocked! The house was very comfortable and very clean. The check in process was really easy. We even met the neighbors (who live on the other side of the duplex). The owners were responsive and very nice. We will most definitely be back!
