“Room was great. Would stay again. Only issue was dinner in the restaurant, but I guess that is separate from the actual stay experience.”

“Very clean hotel, room for 2 was just the right size, and a great value for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We used the swimming pool which we felt could have been a bit cleaner as the water was not crystal clear like it usually is at hotels/pools. “Me he hospedado en este hotel las últimas tres veces que he viajado a McAllen, pero esta ocasión la experiencia fue terrible en la habitación. El aire acondicionado funciona un poco extraño, el aire frío no deja de salir y para compensar cada 5 mins sin exagerar prende otro equipo que empieza a meter aire caliente. El problema es que ese equipo de aire caliente hace mucho ruido y no pudimos descansar porque constantemente prendía y apagaba, así estuvimos toda la noche. También lo vimos un poco...

“The overall stay was pretty good. Nice beds, pretty good ac, nice staff, quick an easy check in and check out. Although because the staff mentioned the hotel was newly built it was missing some quality of life features. Such as streaming services on the TV, no Netflix or Hulu unless you connected your phone via screen share. But besides that! Everything is near by from gas to food. You wont be driving much when staying at the candlewood. Official rating 5/5 stars would recommended.”

“El hotel se encuentra dentro de una area que tiene muchos servicios y restaurantes cerca. Cuenta con estacionamiento privado. Las instalaciones son de 1a calidad y muu bien cuidadas (alberca, restaurante, gimnasio y salones). Los cuartos son amplios, limpios y tienen una cama que invita a un gran desanso. El bano es comodo, muy limpio y con tina. El desayuno es generoso y variado. La atencion del personal es eficiente, amable y resuelven al momento. Definitivamente, recomendo este hotel tanto...

“Good location and good price.”

“Tuve que buscar un lugar donde quedarme de emergencia, los “hoteles” de siempre ya estaban llenos, realmente elegí este por la ubicación pero me llevé una agradable sorpresa, por fieras se ve un poco antiguo y da desconfianza, pero sus habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y con lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Pagas lo justo por lo que ofrecen, pero realmente sus instalaciones me sorprendieron. Lo recomiendo!!”
