“I am so impressed. It was like a luxury to be there for the night, so calm and peaceful, so well-appointed and maintained. You drive up and it looks like a motel but very nice. And you go to your room and it is amazing. The only single thing is that the folks in the adjoining room were a bit loud in the morning. Morning people :) It was just an amazing place, highly recommended.”

“Hands down the best hotel experience we’ve had in a long time! If you hate waiting at the front desk, you will love this place. Online check-in was flawless, and they just email you the room key passcode so you can walk straight to your room. My husband and I travel a lot, and we have never stayed at a hotel where the WiFi worked perfectly—we usually can't even finish a single movie. But the WiFi here is top-notch! The TV uses a Rukita connection, so we just signed into our Netflix and Prime...

“A wonderful home right in the lap of nature soaking in beautiful Mount Shasta. We spent a most relaxing and rejuvenating weekend in Basecamp lodge. Being vegetarians, we were able to come back after our day long trek and cook nice meals using the well equipped kitchen. Provisions easily purchased from the nearby supermarket, Ray’s food place is a great option 10 min away. The cabin had an elegant design with a good working TV and internet :). Best Western Plus Tree House

Best Western Plus Tree House

8/10 Buono
The excellent review is for the staff members Zechari and Lily Hope, two guardian angels who helped us retrieve an item left inside the safe of our previous hotel. They supported and helped us by calling directly themselves, even using their own phones. Unfortunately, we could not stay the night we had booked because we had to go back to pick up the lost item. The computer and printer station was also great, as it allowed us to start the lost and found process. I hope the hotel can somehow reward these two super employees for their kindness and exceptional assistance.Thank you very much again, and if you happen to come to Italy, please contact us. Well done girls, keep making a difference, and we wish you a good life."
