B&B a McCloud

“We went to snowmobile and the snow didn’t cooperate but we settled in to our sweet thoughtfully detailed room. We were told it was the smallest of the rooms but as a couple we enjoyed it and the Mountain View’s. We took advantage of the eateries downstairs loving the Butcher Block grill gotta try the steak sandwiches!! So good. Loved exploring the area and coming back to the common areas and a toasty fire. The history of this place is so cool and got to have a lovely conversation with the owner...

“Just finished out 3rd stay at what we call the snow house. Even though we were disappointed that McCloud didn't have any snow we still had a grand time. Drove up to Bunny Flat to get some tubing in with the family and hiking the trails around the house. Love the privacy in such a beautiful setting. Ready for next year!”

“The new management is making every effort to improve the facility. A nice surprising touch was the toothbrush & comb offering. Our room also had a microwave & frig, which were not yet listed as room amenities in the hotel search app.”

“It's in a convenient location near the freeway and within walking distance of their old town if you want to walk a bit. Prior to the trip I already knew it was self check-in and there would be no front desk, etc so that was fine. It's like staying at a bnb where you are given a code and you let yourself in your room. The room was pleasant and recently renovated. I liked the colors and layout. It's a good place to stay with pets.”

“I've stayed at Evergreen several times. Its quiet and lowkey. The owners are lovely! Starbucks opens at 5 a.m. in town - so the lack of coffee in room was solved quite easily.”
