“We had great time at this hotel. It’s very close to Parkway and you can walk everywhere instead of driving in the traffic. Also, you can get to the hotel using backway to avoid traffic coming and going. There’s a pancake house just few minutes away and it was great homemade food. “Staff throughout the hotel were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast staff were rude and not helpful. Would have been nice if healthy food would have been offered (i.e fruit or yogurt). Parking is always a little rough when you have large trucks. It would have been nice to know about the $15 per night packing fee. That was new to us. Overall a good place to stay very convenient to the strip and walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. ”

“We had the Best stay! The king room with balcony overlooking the creek is highly recommended. From check-in to check-out… staff was great! The fire pits were phenomenal and the hotel is walkable and close to strip. Must stay! ”

“We generally stay in other lodgings, but this being a two day trip we opted for a hotel in town. I have to say that this was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in...no bugs, no stains, smelled clean, plenty of towels, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was standard and staff were very friendly......will stay there again.”

“The resort is beautiful & spotless. We enjoyed the fireplace as well. Valet service was very fast! Our room did not get completely dark or quiet during the night because we had one over looking the village. I guess the lights & music stay on all night in the village area. Our room did not have extra blankets or pillows in the closet. We could have used both during our stay. Overall it was a wonderful stay!”
