Location of the motel is great! Close to Gatlinburg downtown and all the major attractions. Easy parking. Pizza, Icecream across the street. “I refuse to give this property a poor rating because I have a lot of history with this hotel. Saying that over the years this hotel is not near what it used to be when I first started staying here. “Comfortable beds but very noisy outside lots of cars with the alarms going off. Pool is in the basement giving it a sketchy feel, spooky for single ladies Breakfast was good fresh fruit,waffles, variety of cereal,eggs,chicken patties. Location not great. Didn't realize it's on a back street.”

“The hotel for being older was nice. I was a little shocked at the amount of rust and what looked like mold in the bath tub that we had in our room since we were staying in the romantic suite. The bed was super uncomfortable and it was hard which caused for not sleeping well. The breakfast was amazing though best breakfast we have had at a hotel in a long time.”

“The inn was not full; however I was given a room on the 3rd floor at the very back of the inn which was not acceptable. I am a senior citizen and had to bring my suitcases up even though there was an elevator. I should have been given a room on the first or second floor and there were plenty available in the wing I was in. If I were to stay here again I would insist on a room on a lower level. I could understand this if the inn was full; however there were a number of rooms available.”

“We can give this hotel enough kudos!! We only stayed 2 nights. The property entrance and outdoors were nicely landscaped and very clean. This is big to us. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The entire interior of the hotel was well maintained and clean. The room was cleaned after the first night we stayed which is huge for us!! Plenty of towels and coffee/cups were replenished.
