“It was very clean and well kept, all the staff were very nice and informative. Answered our questions and were helpful with local restaurants. Room was clean and had a nice coffee set up! Overall very enjoyable, would definitely stay again.”

“Staff is great location is safe and convenient. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Only reason I didn't give it five stars on maintenance is because the refrigerator needed to be defrosted so it wasn't working well... but staff was very concerned and wrote notes to make sure maintenance defrosted it once I left”

“All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly & helpful. Everything was nice & clean. The hot shower was super nice. Kids enjoyed the pool area & the waffles for breakfast. It was quiet at night. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. About 25 mins from the Chattanooga aquarium. We will definitely stay again when in the area.”

“The first room we were put in had dirty, stained sheets. The bed closest to the window felt wet. The second room we were put in had hair all over the bathroom. We itched all night long and at 2 am, I couldn’t take it anymore. I went downstairs to make sure I couldn’t get my money back since I had already paid for multiple nights in advance and there was a cigarette butt in the hallway floor. “Never got clean towels or bedding changed or made up for 3 day stay. One tiny soap to use. I room coffee maker didnt work. First morning at 7am no coffee or waffle mix in breakfast area. Advised staff and they did make more”

“I liked that the room was clean and safe. The front office attendant was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was lackluster. One thing that really stuck out to me was the fact that the owner of the property drove around in a high-end Porsche, while workers pushed around Target grocery carts to collect linens.
