“Thank you for the cozy one bedroom stay. We came for a one night stay to attend the Wassail Festival. Proximity to the festival was superb. We were able to walk right downtown and join in with the festivities. The room was exceptionally clean and warm when we entered. We especially enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the pillows. “The room was clean, comfortable and I was able to negotiate the accessible features. I loved the location because it was by the side door and I could park in a handicapped spot and our room was just two doors from the entry! Thank you. I do wish the room had a coffee maker that uses K-pods so I could bring my favorite tea/coffee pods. Your staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the area! Breakfast was good both days….but my favorite part of the stay were getting to meet the man...

“Wingate was perfect for my weekend stay while I visited my family in town (New Braunfels)! Pros: The room was perfectly spacious, the breakfast (while limited with options) was yummy, staff was friendly and inviting, and the overall hotel was kept clean throughout my stay. Cons: My stay came to an end and I had to check-out.😪 All jokes aside, this is a great hotel- I have no complaints! ”
