“The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there. “The room/aircon had a distinct stench of cigarette smoke. Sewerage smell in the bathroom. Towels very thin. Very small to the point doors clashed. ”

“Usually found a carpark onsite, but there were also enough in the side street. Easy walk to shops and public transport”

“Suited my needs for Airport/Cruise ports. Close to Southbank so I had plenty to do in my spare time. Hotel was a little hard to find as on foot and confusing with 2 with same name in close radius. Nice touch was good coffee at reception.”

“Lovely clean and welcoming place to stay. Cons: The bedding was basic and I got cold with the single thin blanket. There was no hand towel and only one face washer for three people. I could not watch TV without an existing netflix /Stan account. Regular non pay tv wouldn't work? Pros: Lovely welcoming, well presented staff. Ample easy access parking. Well maintained gardens.
