Hotel a Meadow Flat

“GOOD”

“We had room 15 but the bed sloped downwards against the wall. Not flat. Very tiny ...... But bathroom was modern . Clean and tidy . No shops nearby and need a car to go to the shops . Reception wasn't open in the evening when guests arrive . Denise was good and welcoming. Expedia rates are much better than the room rates if booked direct . No heater in the room either and temp plunged to under 7 degrees while we were there. ”

“Didn't realize there was a kitchen. The Bathroom smelt musty. The curtains need cleaning. There were dead insects eg. Moth, Black Beetle and Small Brown Millipede, these dead insects were in the corner on the floor next to Bedside Table near the Bathroom Wall side. They had been there for sometime.”

“Clean spacioous room. Bar fridge, microwave, tea and coffee station, large tv with foxtel and a king bed that was very comfortable. We didn't use the a/c. Spa bath and shower in one . Not suitable for anyone with a disability. ”

“Room was not cleaned, there was spider cobwebs under TV unit, bathroom. Floor was dirty with dirt and gum was stuck on the floor under the bed. Lizard was there in the bathroom. Other than that there was no issue. ”

“Nice location with great views from the rooms. The rooms however do need a modernization (the bathrooms in particular) and the floors were a bit smeary with residue of cleanser. Be aware that the road leading there has many pot-holes (a warning sign would be helpful, especially when arriving in the dark) and while that may not be in the purview of the hotel, those on the driveway and parking area should at least be fixed by the hotel.”

“The room was very nicely appointed, clean and fresh like new. The chevk in process was easy and the staff friendly and helpful.”

“The bed linen had wee stains on the duvet. Spoke to the host and she assured me it had been cleaned. The breakfast bar closed very early and did not look fresh. reception didn't offer any info about the hotel. The pool was also very cold and therefore not usable. It felt like a hotel that was running on the bear minimum.”

“My room was on the small side but it was still everything I needed. The bathroom was very small but with a big high window I was able to shower in almost full sunlight which, if you haven’t done that, you should try it. The breakfast is simple (cereal/toast) but it’s a bargain. There were some noisy guests who were coming and going late at night and early in the morning, but I can hardly downgrade my review because of other guests. ”

“Clean room, though it smelled a bit mouldy; the toilet was cleaned in a rush; the staff were friendly and helpful ”
