“We asked the manager twice to turn up the temperature in the hot tub, as it was only luke warm. I don't think he fully understands English, so it never happened.”

“I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!”

“This property was nothing like the pictures on Expedia show it. It is dated and isolated. Not near anyplace to get food and I did not feel safe there. I had a 5 night reservation and ended up staying 1 night and then moving to a different hotel. I am still waiting to see if they will refund my money.”

“We stayed during the corporate transfer from LaQuinta to Travel Lodge. Let's start with the positive: Great coffee. The water pressure was fantastic. The location was great. The staff did the best they could during the transition. A one star was a stretch. Our first room was uncleaned and not reset. The 2nd room (which we ended up having to stay in) had wet carpet.
