“Room was clean but the breakfast area was nasty with dried on gunk from previous days. After a great check in, wonderful room and amenities, this is a huge downer”

“Servizio gentile e personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. Purtroppo le lenzuola presentavano diverse macchie giallognole - marroncine. Non ci sono prese di corrente né illuminazione sulla scrivania. La colazione prevede solo yoghurt, cereali e latte. Niente uova o bacon”

“The towels in the bathroom were very worn and frayed. Some even had holes in them. The only curtains on the window were blackout drapes. Since we were on a ground floor we could not have any light from the window except by having the drapes open which then allowed for anyone to look easily into the room. The electrical lighting was very poor, nothing but a few lamps which were inadequate. Also thought the complimentary breakfast was poor. The donuts were stale and the other things served...

“Check in was very simple. Property was well maintained and rooms very comfortable.”

“The price was the only good thing. You get what you pay for. The property was very run down and the interior was just as bad as the exterior. Locked plate glass lobby makes you think you are in a war zone in Detroit not Anoka MN”

“Damp carpet and smelly room. Manager was defensive and confrontational.”

“It seems the staff was trying to accuse guests of smoking in their rooms so they could charge them an extra $250,be careful if you stay there. The pillows where like toddler pillows. The shower enclosure felt like I was going to step thru it. The breakfast was always cold no matter of morning it was and less then appetizing. Don't recommend staying here.”

“Clean room, great breakfast. No crowd in gym or pool. Bar across the street.”

“My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed.”

“They come to clean our room for 4 days, we ha been asking front desk to bring us towel and wash clothes”

“Disappointed in the pool area. They do not have an adult time. Parents do not watch their kids. Almost got jumped on a few times and throwing balls and slapping the water. Also, the floors are very sticky in the halls and elevator. Not the best experience.”

“Definitely kids kind of place. I don’t know how any hotel can keep up with the wear and tear of children. It’s pretty visible.”

“When we checked in, the room was clean but someone had used the toilet and a hand towel after the attendant had cleaned the room. My wife had to clean up the toilet herself. Staff was delayed in coming to room to clean up.”

“Was hoping for a classic cup of coffee, but it came from a machine that had very strong coffee at EXTREME hott temperature.”
