Case in affitto a Mears

“Great placeThe host is very nice very considerateThe only thing that we ran into were the mosquitoes, and I didn’t think of that with the house being in the woodsIt was hard to use the outside after dark”

“The location was good. Short 1/2 mile walk to the beach (no public parking but you can drive over if you want to drop people off). The beach was nearly empty and private. The house met the needs of our large group. The house does need a few maintenance clean ups but nothing that prevented us from having a good time. Would we use it again? You bet. Good family memories from this trip!”

“Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors...

“Cozy little cottage exactly as described. Host was easy to communicate with, and price was definitely fair for what the property provided. Will stay again in the future.”

“Great location! Nice setup with a private balcony. Good communication all along. Single designated parking spot, which was nice and close to the apartment. Had some minor cleanliness things, like finding some popcorn in the pullout couch. Generally clean and nice. The AC split had a little trouble keeping up with the extreme heat, but that is not a major issue and was probably true for most AC units, but is worth preparing for. Not a lot of little extras, just your basic setup, which worked for...

“It was very spacious and clean. Amazing location, walking distance to almost everything we had planned there. Steps are steep. We definitely would stay there again!”

“It was exactly as described. It was very clean and a comfortable nights sleep. We stayed 2 nights. Had a little trouble getting into our unit, and also couldnt get the door to lock as we went out for the day, but had no issues with anything. Location was great, making everything walkable.”

“We absolutely LOVED this rental for a quiet, beach getaway! We’ve never been just steps from a private beach like this before and cannot wait to return!”

“The air-conditioning never really worked right it only was in one room. The TV is only a Roku TV so you have to have your own streaming services to be able to watch anything. it is a very small TV and had one broken leg. they were receptive when the Wi-Fi was not working. They came over, but their attitude could’ve been better. They made us feel like we didn’t know what we were doing. It is very centrally located in downtown Luddington. Parking was great. The cleanliness was exceptional. It was...

“It is a great location, clean rooms and supplied well. A little delay getting in the place but the hosts responded quickly even though we figured it out. Will stay here again if it works out.”

“Great family home. Great location”
