"Communication from booking was great. Arrival instructions great. The house was lovely, everything you needed was there. First impressions clean, securely gated complex and quiet.This complex is brand new but sadly has the potential to go downhill very quickly. "Such a nice stay in this small city by the sea. You're only 15 mins drive car from the airport and main touristic cities like Los Cristianos, but in a quiet environment, so it's really convenient if you have a car. The room is small, but comfy, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The communal lounge is perfect for breakfast or just chill out. But I recommend going on the rooftop terrace on nice weather day to enjoy your breakfast or just sunbathing."

"Fabulous hotel along with such happy staff. Food at the buffet is excellent, always plenty of choice....food & service at the A La Carte needs work !! Waiters not interested & food not as good as it should be. Pools are so good...very clean but the pools ides/tiled walkways are lethal...accidents everyday with people, kids & adults, slipping up....along with lots of cracked tiles which are like glass. I cut my foot on one but couldn't be bothered to complain....but there are far too many broken tiles along with all the tiles need to be changed to non-slip before there is a serious head injury !! Totally disagree with having to pay for entertainment in the theatre !!"
