Hotel a Medina

“Just okay, average, ordinary. Well except for the hot water in bathtub/shower - apparently you have ask for it. I find this to be incredibly annoying, like asking permission or sending notice of thought to be private and personal tasks. On their behalf; it is the second hotel that was missing automatic water capabilities. . .”

“The room was not clean at all, I asked for a new one and was told that they were booked. I took pictures. Then by the next morning staff was told management would contact me about my concerns and they still have not almost 2 weeks later. Everytime I try to call I’m on hold forever then it hangs up by itself”

“The hotel itself has redeeming qualities, particularly the friendly and professional staff at both the breakfast area and front desk. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. We went FIVE straight nights without any housekeeping service whatsoever. We raised the issue twice with the front desk, and on both occasions we were assured housekeeping would come. It never did. Spending five nights reusing the same towels over and over is unacceptable, and we ended up having to buy our own soap...

“The property is adjacent to the metro line making it extremely easy to get to the ball game! The room was no frills, just safe and clean. Refrigerator in room but no microwave. Included breakfast is very lame - dry cereal, yogurt, coffee. Overall a straight up property for what I needed, no frills”
