Chalet a Medlow Bath

“Historic hotel is well located between Katoomba and Blackheath so very easy drive to many sites. Due to age of hotel rooms a little small but functional, the decor even older was well maintained and cosy. Only cons room had to be cleaned again before we accepted it, however the management reacted well and solved the problem. Staff friendly however suggest a bit of training in customer service will work to help make this hotel even better. Overall would recommend this hotel.”

“Great value property! Motel style accommodation.Stayed 2 nights and the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Ate at the restaurant on the 2nd night and it was excellent. Food was wonderful and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.”

“Due to heavy bookings for UTA event we stayed in a twin room the first night booked direct with motel it was OK for 2 adults 1 teen but we found the second night much better, same sort of facilities but just extra space (this Expedia booking). Rooms were right next to each other but we had to check out 10am check back in at 2pm.
