“Great experience”

“Awful is the word! After checking in the next morning there is a crew beginning renovations on the 2nd floor where I was staying. I was not aware of any renovations at the time of booking, the fumes was awful. I put my do not disturb sign on the door, however that did not stop the crew from entering my room while i was gone. They left sheetrock dust on my shoes and the table. My privacy was violated, my personal belonging splattered with toxic silica dust. Additionally the pool was not working...

“Loved everything about this place! If you want to slow down and unwind it's the place for you. The owners are so accommodating and easy going. If you're in the area get off the beaten path and stay here. You won't be disappointed!”

“Rooms were clean, breakfast had sausage, extensive grounds. We did not use the pool (outdoor only) but we did play frisbee in the lawn. One exterior light was broken -- not by our frisbee! -- but the property was well-maintained. Recommend for families.”

The beds were the best and clean so is the bathroom and the family and staff were so nice and good to you. I give it a five star rating are the best rating that can be thank you.”

“We had to change our room three times! Two of them smelled of smoke. One room didn't have the lights working. Internet was disconnecting so often and the breakfast was horrible! I am sorry to say that but if you travel with your family you can't accept so poor conditions... At the desk the young lady was anyway ok giving us the chance to change rooms but she seemed habit to do so...”

“What a wonderful surprise this hotel was! We were greeted at check-in with bottled water and cookies, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day on the road. The breakfast was excellent, and they even offered a Japanese breakfast option—something I’d never seen before and absolutely enjoyed. At checkout, we were given a gift bag for the road, another unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. The rooms were immaculate, and every detail made us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be staying...

“staff were friendly, grounds were a little messy and not kept up lots of ants around and games to do outside missing stuff. Boat rental place was a joke bad storms rolled in with lightning and high winds would not refund money even though no boats were able to leave. only give rain check. If you live close by that's fine but not convenient living 5 hrs away. Rooms very ok some unrecognizable hair on sheets. The complementary breakfast is just cereal, yogurt, bread, coffee. “There was a noticeable odor throughout the facility. Staffing appeared to be minimal, and staff members were not usually present at the front desk, although they could occasionally be found elsewhere in the building. The property does not have an elevator, so if you require assistance with luggage or have mobility concerns, I would recommend requesting a room on the ground floor.
