Appartamento nuovissimo, spazioso, molto confortevole e pulito, silenzioso, cucina attrezzata. La struttura è comodissima per il centro, sia a piedi, sia con i mezzi. Da non perdere il Queen Victoria Market, a due passi, per souvenir a prezzi estremamente convenienti. Le signorine alla Reception sono di incredibile aiuto per muoversi a Melbourne e dintorni: non muovete un passo senza averle prima consultate! Vi faranno risparmiare tempo e denaro, qualunque escursione vogliate fare.

Ottimo hotel in centro
Molto gentile tutto il personale. Il nostro appartamento comodo e pulito. Qualsiasi problema è stato risolto velocemente, dalla mancanza dei teli per la doccia al riscaldamento. La posizione è centrale, a piedi si arriva nelle vie principali e da lì si possono prendere i tram per visitare altre zone. Lo consiglierei a tutti.

Great hotel
Location is really good to visit the city center, the Victoria Queen Market, and Flagstaff park. Rooms are really clean, with a few utensil to cook when you need it. The bathroom is big, clean and fool of all you need: shampoo, conditioner and body soap.

Ottimo apartment/hotel
Se desiderate passare del tempo a Melbourne in appartamento/hotel e quindi cercare di risparmiare qualche soldo evitando di mangiare fuori ma preparando in pasti nella cucina della camera, Pegasus Apartment è quello che fa per voi. Vicinissimo al Queen Victoria Market, è sicuramente un'ottima soluzione per soggiornare.

We found the apartment to be very comfortable and spacious. They have great amenities such as the pool and laundry. It was so nice to just park and enjoy Melbourne by foot or tram. Very close to many restaurants, shops and Queen Victoria Market. We highly recommend Pegasus Apart hotel.

We stayed at Pegasus Apart'Hotel for eight nights. -Front desk staff:Friendly and helpful. -Room: Studio apartment which was suitable for a couple. Ensuite attached, shower was good. The kitchenette has a gas cooktop, microwave, frying pan, two saucepans, and basic tools and utensils. -Laundry: The laundry is on the first floor. It has washers and dryers which cost $5.00/load. The hotel has sachets of laundry liquid you can purchase at the front desk. I would recommend buying laundry sheets and bringing them with you. -Pool/gym: I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. I used the gym which was well equipped. -Cleanliness: The room was generally very clean. My only issue was with the bed linen, which I think needed better laundering as the quilt was stained. This was likely because it didn’t have a full enclosed cover. I also thought the mattress should have a better cover too given the number of ppl using the bed. -Location: The hotel is within a short walk of Flagstaff station and the Queen Victoria Markets, where you’ll find the number 19 tram. It takes 15-20 minutes walk to get to Bourke Street Mall. - Restaurant: We attended the restaurant attached to the hotel once. The food was okay as was the service. I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

Couldn’t fault the shared spaces including pool, lobby and restaurant. However the room was a little shabby. Bathroom was a bit aged. Couch in 2 bdrm unit was tiny and it made evenings we stayed in pretty uncomfortable.

The property location is excellent, close to both trams and trains. Queen Victoria Market is also just around the corner. Our stay was excellent and the service was really good. The only reason for overall 4 stars is that our two bedroom apartment only had one fan and an AC in the living room. This made the bedrooms feel quite stuffy at times.

The room we received had stains in it everywhere. We complained and got told there wasn’t anywhere else to stay but then got moved to a different room - more clean, less value, no upgrade or added bonus for the hassle. The value for the room was ridiculous - so expensive. I’ve stayed here twice before this and it was a great experience but this time has really put me off.

The hotel was good, excellent location, clean and in good condition. I recommend this accomodation for anybody who wants to stay in the business district. What was annoying was the cigarette smoke that was coming through the vents almost every night. Even though smoking is not permitted in the rooms, some guests decided to do it in the bathroom. I guess there is not a lot the hotel management could do about that, though.

The hotel was in a convenient area, with easy access to free transport. The one bedroom and den unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our eight day stay. The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was very helpful. Very good food in the restaurant for dinner, but we did not eat there for breakfast.
