“Clean. Tidy. Staff were amazing. Breakfast delicious. Underground parking not operating so had to self park off site. Not ideal but we were only staying 1 night so not much luggage. Would stay again.”

“Hip boutique hotel in a fantastic location. There’s no shortage of bars, cafés, and eateries along Brunswick Street. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveller, and the bed was very comfortable. One thing to note is that there’s no gym in the building. I really enjoyed my stay and would be more than happy to return.”

“the hotel is located 3km from the city center and outside the free tram zone. the tram stop is anyway just across the road and bikes can be rented. the personnel at the reception is extremely kind and always ready to help, really outstanding. i like the atmosphere of this hotel which looks like an informal art gallery where the guests are invited to express their artistic side. the room is clean always with nice artistic touches. our room didn' have a pleasant view, just the offices very very...

“La posizione è buona e il personale alla reception gentile e disponibile. La camera era comoda e spaziosa, cosa che non si può dire del lavandino in bagno che era minuscolo al punto da faticare a lavarsi la faccia. Abbiamo fatto colazione ma non è chiaro come è uscito il totale, tra l'altro abbastanza alto, visto che abbiamo preso due cose identiche e abbiamo trovato in fattura due voci diverse.”

“Hotel was very clean and modern so a nice place to stay for the night. The only small annoyance was the heater seamed to be set on 23 degrees. I set the controller on 17 but temp stayed around 23. Heater was also quiet noisy to sleep with as fan speed couldn't be adjusted down.”

“Absolutely horrible customer service after hours. There was not one to help us check in. We had to call into the intercoms and the person on the line was rude, hostile. Even yelled at us for no being there in their self proclaim customer service hours. Also the advertise mislead us to believe breakfast was included which is not at least you want to spend 20 dollars for some por tarts and granola bars. This hotel does not meet best Western business core.”

“Great location, modern well equipped apartment. Easy on site parking which was convenient. The only downside was cleanliness/upkeep, the room could have been much cleaner; dirty shower grout, toothpaste marks on taps, marks on the walls. Hopefully this is easily rectified for future :)”

“Soggiorno piacevole durante un viaggio di lavoro. Vicino al centro e facilmente raggiungibile. Pulito e ben tenuto. Reception attiva 24/7 molto comodo. Personale gentile. La vista era su un cortile interno ma da un angolo del terrazzo potevo vedere il CBD. In generale buon soggiorno.”
