Hallway carpet and room carpet need a good cleaning. Overhead light in room was burned out,, refrigerator cabinet door was damaged, no hair dryer, icemaker 2nd floor was out of commission. Overall noise level from room above and hallway was noticeable. It's the little things that make to stars! Breakfast area...

“The bathroom needs a little help, there was no soap at the sink. They put the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower in a bad spot. The tub was slick and was like a bowl at the bottom (wasn't flat). They did have a very nice TV, which is a plus.”
