“Virtual staff was super helpful and pretty responsive to all my questions and concerns. A lot to do in the area and less than a 20 minute drive anywhere. Only thing is if you’re a light sleeper bring an eye masks, ear plugs and your own blanket. Love the natural lighting the rooms get but if you’re wanting to sleep in there aren’t any black out curtains and walls are very thin, you can hear everything and the blankets that are provided are pretty itchy and thin. “I don’t buy no towels”

“We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, usually a great experience. Only issue we had this last time was we were given keys to the wrong room. Another couple walked in while we just got there. Not the end of the world but could’ve ended up being super awkward!”

“Even though the rooms seemingly were remodeled recently, it looks as if they do not do a very good job cleaning in between.”

“This hotel has a wonderful staff greats you with a smile upon checking in and out. Room was clean and comfy. Location is great close to restaurants and bars.”

“Windows are soundproof! Can't hear the freeway! Super clean. The only downside was that we got a room with a hot tub in it and it was loud, as we're the other rooms hot tubs in the rooms near us.”

“The elevator was not in service. The TV fell off the wall but we were able to secure it from crashing to the ground.”

“Credit card was charged for another traveler's reservation (nobody I was traveling with). Check in staff seemed unsure of what they were doing. Still trying to get the charge corrected.”

“Friendly staff, amazing views from patios, but no continental breakfast which wasn't a big deal but shower was weird, also thought I booked a room facing the bridge but ended up on the backside facing the basketball court and it got loud”

“The location was great with a view of the harbor and the lift bridge from the room. It was a short walk across the lift bridge to Canal Park and good food, museums, and shopping. We went to the Great Lakes Aquarium, the William A Irvin ore ship museum and walked along Lake Superior. The buffet breakfast was great and everything was clean. This was a wonderful place to stay.”
