“Good”

“This house is very nicely set up and perfect for two couples or a couple with children. Two bedrooms downstairs and two up. House is very nicely furnished and everything that you need Location is close to Beale Street and Bass Pro and St Jude. The owner was extremely helpful with dinner and breakfast recommendations. My first trip to Memphis and loved music on Beale Street - will definitely come back and would definitely stay at this vrbo when we do M”

“It wasn’t quite what I was expecting, not for photos or listing… because the house itself is cute. You can tell the owner cares about the property and guests. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but we didn’t have any problems. The security system and cameras did help ease the worry. The owner is quick to respond and very nice and helpful. Overall it was good.”

“Comfortable and clean house close to downtown. Neighborhood seemed safe, but some surrounding properties were not very well maintained. Host was very responsive and provided Keurig coffee pods - a nice touch. ☺️I recommend!”

“Property was as described. Common room is a bit small for a large group but manageable. Great location near Beale and FedEx for games. Main St is hit or miss as many storefronts are abandoned but there are great spots scattered throughout. Street noise was a major issue on Saturday night though that’s not the owners fault.”

“At first pullup, we were very skeptical about this location BUT never judge a book by its cover. Overall stay is 5stars.. Pros The Jamaican food truck across the street was EVERYTHING.. The location was very secure. The neighborhood was safe. Property was very spacious.. had enough room and beds for all of us.. Ice machine and water on the fridge. Location Location Location We loved the vintage feel.. Cons (these are all personal) Doesnt have tvs in every room.. I hate sleeping with...

“Easy, right in the middle of the action, lots of space. Ate across the street at Green Beetle.”

“We came into town for a quick overnight stay for a conference. Our host had communicated before arrival and was easily accessible during check in. The home was clean and comfy!”

“In town for sports. The house is in a nice neighborhood. It’s cozy and cute. Host was very nice and accommodating.”

“Location was close to the majority of the places we were in town to visit. Great local restaurants. The property has excellent parking snd we had no issues with the layout. Comfortable and had plenty of space for our needs.”

“Overall, the property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is in a decent location and easy to get around. The train across the street was a tad noisy but not too bad. There is a lot of flight traffic directly overhead and planes are arriving approximately every 5 minutes. If you are a light sleeper, this may effect your sleep.”
