“L'hotel sarebbe anche bello peccato che abbia dovuto pagare due volte il soggiorno, una volta tramite Expedia e una volta in struttura perché non risultava il mio pagamento. A distanza di tre settimane ancora nessuna risposta al reclamo e nessun rimborso. Quindi devi capire che in questo albergo si paga 2 volte???”

“I stayed on only for one night.It was very hot and it was impossible to sleep as there was no air conditioning.Actually it was a very hot day and the carpet on the floor did not help.i left the window open but in that way I could hear the noise of the cars passing in front of the hotel ( I had a room with view on the pool). Gym area was small but functional.Breakfast was excellent . I did not have the time to try the spa.”

“Wir haben uns für einen spontanen Wochenende Trip dieses Hotel ausgesucht. Die Lage in der Nähe zur Wilhelmshöhe gab den Ausschlag. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und sprachlos, als wir unser Zimmer betraten. Ein unverbauter Blick über Kassel durch riesige Panorama Fenster. Das Bett war sehr bequem, alles war sehr sauber und das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war absolut außergewöhnlich! Einziges Manko bei unseren Besuch: Es waren 35 Grad draußen und die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Es...

“Reception is in the restaurant. I had to wait for check in 20 Minutes as the waitress was serving food and took orders first. The room was old and bathroom from the 70s. Soap and shower gel empty. Some rooms were renovated but not mine:-( The people were very nice and location was perfect for me. For 2 nights it was ok. ”

This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. In the end, I was forced to find a last-minute alternative at the hotel further down the avenue. “Very late arrival (06:30) but welcomed with open arms and went straight to breakfast, a rich buffet. Good bed, good bathroom. The only negative issue is the cobblestone on the street outside the hotel. Either you have the window shut or hear the traffic noise where a regular car sounds like a big truck, and a truck sounds like a freight train. But that is nothing the hotel can change, and guests might sleep with the window shut.”
