“We book a room last minute at this place because it was the closest to us and it was cheap something we were looking for since we just needed a place to sleep, the check in was fast and easy the girl at the counter was very nice and helpful, a side from this and the convenience of lots of free parking everything else was very unacceptable our room reeked the table, microwave, fridge were very dirty but the worst was the bathroom it was disgusting to the point were we almost left. “We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and our room. The AC worked great. The staff was really nice. Parking was good. The TV was ok. There were some channels that didn’t have the best signal but there were plenty of other options. Only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is because the bed was hard as a rock and although they say there’s no smoking in the rooms, ours definitely had that smell. It got better as the room aired out (or we just went nose deaf pretty fast...

“The front desk staff provided excellent and courteous service. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Temecula. However, the accommodations appear to be outdated and below expectations. For a rate of $170 per night, I had anticipated standard amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, an iron, and a hairdryer, which were not provided. The room was small, felt humid and had a noticeable musty odor. The linens seemed old and worn out.”

Also the last time I stayed here before this one I forgot my insulin bag and they tried to contact me letting me know they had it. At check-in they gave it to me. I’m very grateful my insulin is so expensive. Very professional, clean and welcoming place. I recommend them.”
