One star hotel! Bad.management bad service! They don't change towels and don't clean.the room. Properly I need to.buy hand soap bed was never change for 10 days

Staff was extremely helpful. Room was great - clean and aesthetically pleasing. Went during down-season, not much to do around the city. Stayed in our room quite a bit and enjoyed it thoroughly.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is located in the old Town city center close to the main attractions, and the hotel has a really cool and calm vibe.

Centrale ligging dichtbij het oude centrum en een heerlijk ontbijt. Double room is erg klein en het is gehorig, buitendeur slaat hard dicht en geluiden van (boven)buren zijn hoorbaar.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zwar Zentrum nah aber nicht wirklich schön. Ein bisschen finster und schmutzig. Die Zimmer sind schön aber ganz schön klein. Der Service beim Frühstück ist etwas überfordert.

Hotel zeichnet sich durch die Lage aus in mitten Palmas aus. Verzichten muss man hierbei auf Pool, Spa & Welness Bereich. Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer in unserem Fall für den Preis zu klein.
