“The staff was not there when we arrived, they were grocery shopping. The tv didn’t work. The room was nice and very good and clean. The staff was not at the desk in morning either.”

“Staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. We left an item in our room and didn’t realize until we left. Despite multiple text messages, emails, and phone calls, we got no response whatsoever. We will not stay there again.”

“I had a Cozy room on the second floor and stayed for one night by myself. Overall, this was a pleasant stay, but I have docked one star due to some minor disappointments. The bathroom is extremely small. You had to be seated diagonally to use the toilet due to a column in front of it. Further, the water pressure was unpredictable when I was using it (mostly at night). Shower water pressure would vary, sometimes slowing to a mere dribble, but it would eventually come back up to normal pressure....

“The room is beautiful, comfortable and exactly as advertised. No amenities (except Pod Coffee for the morning) are included but there are plenty of shops around. Staff was super helpful with access when the email was not received to provide the code to enter (seems the email was deleted by accident). Would definitely recommend staying here! ”

I doubt it Other than that, aside from the small nature of everything, and tight turns and corners...it's a very good hotel..”

“what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.”
