“Fabulous stay in every way!”

“This is a self-check-in, which is an interesting process, but it worked well if you don't mind being stuck on your cell phone to get through it. “Our tiny house stay was very enjoyable. The accommodations were clean and the location was perfect for an easy stroll down main street in Leadville. The communication from the staff was excellent, so check-in was a breeze. If you've never stayed in a "Tiny House", this is a great place to try it out. We would definitely stay there again.”

“The hotel is right next to the Fryingpan River. Peaceful sounds of water over rocks, small table and chairs right outside your door to sit at to adsorb the serenity of the location. The construction noise was minimal on the side by the river. There's a great restaurant next door serving mountain trout. The breakfast was substantial with breakfast burritos and hard boiled eggs, and a variety of breads and and waffles for the carbs.”

“The code provided didn’t work. Many attempts were made to contact staff with no success. We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. We received a message the next morning from the staff. We paid for a room we could not use. There were several people at the property with the same issue. The staff does not answer the phone or respond to the chat feature they send.”

“Do Not Stay Here: Rundown, Dirty, and Misleading This property is completely misrepresented online and on Expedia. It is currently a rundown construction zone, which was never disclosed during booking. The entire place is a mess, and the pool is completely out of commission due to the ongoing construction. Worse than the construction was the lack of basic cleanliness. The room was filthy—the bed and sheets were disgusting, covered in hair and dirt when we arrived. Do not rely on the internet...

“It was a great place to stay and so clean l, everything was peaceful and relaxing and staff were very helpful. I definitely would love stay there again and recommend for many people to stay at this location.”
