“The breakfast was terrible .The bear minimum .”

“Great location near a fabulous Chalk Hill? regional park. So nice to have a safe place to walk in nature right out the door of a hotel.”

“The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. This hotel is exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. Also nice to stretch our legs for an easy walk through the park to Red Robin for dinner. ”

“Safe parking in a well lit area; clean; good blackout curtains; bed cover scratchy embroidery and just an older smell in the building. ”

“No elevator. We had to carry our suitcases up a flight of stairs. We didn’t have enough towels. There were four of us in the room and only two sets of towels. No free WiFi. Breakfast was very good. There was a cook on site and food was served for you. ”

“Considering the price of the room for graduation weekend, this hotel will disappoint in a big way. I am sure at $69/night it would be fine. But it was $350/night for graduation which is insane for a room like those offered at this place. Location is good though.”

“My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. When I contacted the property to resolve the overpayment/double charge, I was told they had a new system and the issue would need to be escalated to the manager. There has been no contact from manager Kay to resolve the...

“They gave my room key to an old man who walked in as I was changing Then when we got the room situation settled my room key did not work And later when I got back from my college reunion my key would t work again at midnight Two lights were put in the room The tub had peeling paint in the tub It was gross ”

“Dog deposit was $40 per dog...a bit much and the two dogs were angels. Water pressure was Very low with dirt in the tub.”

“There were only two luggage carts and neither was available when we were leaving. I don’t know why so many hotels have this problem. Are carts that expensive? I travel a great deal and it’s the first thing that I look for because I have two heavy suitcases and a cart makes a big difference”

“Area used to be a lot more well kept, unfortunately they have not maintained their cleanliness. Took some time to check in and the front desk smelled horrible. Bathroom door was falling apart, with lotion or soap chunks left on it. Furniture had dirt marks and needing to be shampooed or replaced. Convenient to the event center, only reason to return. Bar was closed before 9, breakfast cost $12 a person. Not impressed.”
