Let me start by saying the staff is excellent. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly, helpful and professional. Check-in and check-out was quick and painless.
Our room was nice. I stayed in a one bedroom suite, which also had a sofa bed, so my mom had the king-sized bed and I took the sofa bed. This was intentional, so we would have our own sleeping space. The bed was great, the sofa bed was ok. But most sofa beds aren't great, so no surprise there.
The TV remote gave me a lot of trouble. Even had them replace the batteries, and most of the time it didn't work. Had to change channels right on the box. Very frustrating.
Couldn't get any hot water, I don't know if it was because we were on the third floor or not, but the water never got hot, only warm. There was always an issue with not enough towels. I always had to request more wash cloths.
Housekeeping never really cleaned our room, just took the dirty towels, and replaced them, but never replaced all of them. The housekeeper always told me they would bring more in after they were washed, but it never happened. Had to go to the front desk for them. Only one of the days they couldn't clean our room, because we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, and then they slid something under the door, saying they couldn't clean it, because of the sign, but it was only 9am??? Our room was never really "cleaned" just given a few clean towels, and the bed was made. No vacuuming or cleaning at all the whole 4 days we were there.
